Clare English visits Scotland's most awarded chocolatier Iain Burnett in Grantley, to find out how he is making some very special truffles to tie in with the Queen's 90th birthday celebrations, using blackcurrants from the Royal garden at Sandringham. Also, producer Phil is inspired after a cookery lesson from a blind food enthusiast, and Charlotte Maberly joins us in studio to tell us all about Scotland's FoodScape, a 2 day event in Edinburgh which aims to explore the significance of food in Scotland throughout history to the present day.
