Mary's MealsÌý
From a remote Scottish village a man with a mission is overseeing a plan to feed the world’s hungry children. Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow was brought up in a Christian family in Dalmally and it was his faith that drove him to start Mary’s Meals. The charity ensures poor children get one meal a day at school and more than a million children in 6 countries are now being fed in this way. As the meals are served in schools the project encourages children to be educated and thus have a chance to escape poverty.
