Fred is joined by broadcaster Christian O'Connell who shares details of his mid life crisis, and Spud the Piper, currently the stand out character in 麻豆社 Scotland's documentary, The Mountain
Last week's Horizon programme about diets suggested that losing weight is more to do with bad habits, rather than lack of will power. Fred looks at how habits form, and how easy it is to break them.
