In this special programme Colin Jackson and Mark Foster get exclusive sporting insights as a host of Olympic icons give their top tips for 2012 and explain how it felt to stand on top of the Olympic podium.

Ian Thorpe, Nadia Comaneci, Ed Moses, Don Quarrie, Alexander Popov, Boris Becker, Roger Kingdom, Jackie Joyner-Kersee and the Paralympic legend Oscar Pistorius all join Mark and Colin to talk about their Olympic memories. They'll be sharing their tales of life in the Olympic village, suggesting how to deal with the expectations of a home crowd and revealing how they prepared themselves for the biggest days of their sporting lives.

Colin and Mark both achieved World Records and World Championship titles during their glittering careers on the track and in the pool but neither have an Olympic gold medal. So it's up to their many sporting friends, who won a staggering 50 Olympic and Paralympic medals, including 29 Golds between them, to reveal what it really takes to become one of that elite group of men and women can win Gold at the Games.
