S4C
The Welsh channel S4C is an important part of the broadcasting world in Wales, but a change has been announced in the way the channel will be funded. Concerns have been raised as this will mean a reduction in the funding, but language campaigners have expressed concerns about how the channel will retain its independence, and what impact the new arrangements will have on the Welsh language.
