Western. A gunfighter arrives in Denver refusing to take sides in the Civil War. However, when he befriends the young son of a man he has murdered, his attitudes begin to change.
Western. Gunfighter Owen Pentecost is a man with a harsh reputation, interested only in gambling and his own welfare. When he arrives in Denver, the Civil War is imminent, but Pentecost - a southerner - refuses to take sides. However, his relationship with the young son of a man he has killed changes his views.
