麻豆社 Music Introducing showcase at Reeperbahn 2019

麻豆社 Music Introducing returned to Reeperbahn Festival this year in partnership with PRS foundation.
We hosted a show on the opening night of the festival. It all took place at one of Hamburg’s hottest venues NOCHTSPEICHER on Wednesday 18th September.

Bloxx
- Supported by 麻豆社 Music Introducing in London
- Their tune Novocain was Huw Stephens' tune of the week in February 2018
- Last year the band were invited for a Huw Stephens session at Maida Vale
- Bloxx played at 麻豆社 Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Middlesbrough
- Bloxx also performed on the 麻豆社 Radio 1 stage at Reading and Leeds in August
Joy Crookes
- Supported by 麻豆社 Music Introducing in London and lives in Elephant & Castle
- First uploaded music in February 2016
- She played on the 麻豆社 Music Introducing stage at 麻豆社 Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Middlesbrough
- Her track Two Nights was on Radio 1’s Playlist earlier this year
- Her EP PERCEPTION is out now
Skinny Pelembe
- Supported by 麻豆社 Music Introducing in Sheffield and lives in Doncaster
- First uploaded tracks to the Introducing Uploader in June 2017
- In May this year his album, Dreaming Is Dead Now, was 麻豆社 Radio 6 Music’s Album of the Day
W. H. Lung
- Supported by 麻豆社 Music Introducing in Manchester and first uploaded their music in October 2018
- Their debut album Incidental Music is out on Melodic Records
- Last year they were invited for a Huw Stephens session at Maida Vale
