Accessible Toilets

There are toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building.

All reception counters, bars and self-service counters and at least half the seating areas are accessible to wheelchair users. Pictographic signs and symbols have been used to guide people around the building.

Accessible Parking

There are 158 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site across the car park. These are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 3600 by 4800 mm. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15.
All public entrances allow for access by wheel chair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

Medication

If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognizable.

Information for Pregnant Women, Short Term Injuries or Similar

Please note our disabled customer facilities are designed for use solely by disabled visitors to the event and we are not able to extend their use to those with short-term injuries, for example with broken legs, or women who are pregnant.

A few things for you to consider which might be of benefit for you when attending. Arrive after the gates have opens so you are not queuing for long periods of time around people. When leaving the event either leave 10/15 minutes early or stand back at the end and let the crowds clear, either of these will mean you are not in the thick of the crowd during the busiest times.

We have both welfare and first aid on site so if you need anything at all, even if it's to sit down for a rest, please pop to these points and they will be able to assist.
