Where to vote online
When the vote is open, head to the . You’ll find the vote at the top of the page. But remember, the page you're currently reading just provides the instructions - it's not the voting page and you cannot cast your vote from here.
1. Get ready to vote
Before you can vote, you need to be signed in with your Â鶹Éç account. Even if you know your stuff and have voted online before, you’ll still need to make sure you’re signed in and you may have to provide a little bit more information if you haven’t signed in for a long time.

Top tips:
- If you sign-in from the you’ll be taken to the sign-in page. Once completed you will be returned to the vote automatically.
- You only need to register once and you will stay signed in on the device you registered with unless you choose to sign out.
Make sure you’re registered, signed-in and ready in plenty of time before the vote opens - don't miss out on your chance to vote!
2. Vote
When the vote is open, it will appear at the top of the . If you can’t see it, try refreshing the page.
The vote options will be listed in alphabetical order. You can then select your favourite by clicking the small circular button next to each option.
3. Click 'Vote Now'
Once you’ve made your mind up, simply click ‘Vote Now’ and your vote will be submitted. Remember you only get ONE vote so use it wisely!

These Terms are correct as of 10th July 2017
The first vote – 15 July 2017
This programme shall include a vote to determine which outfit judge Gareth Malone will wear in the live final on the 22nd July. Viewers will have 2 options to choose from and will only be able to vote once. The vote will open at the end of the show on the 15th July and close on at 7pm on Friday 21st July 2017.
The second vote – 22 July 2017 - The Final
From the six groups in the final, throughout the show the judges will decide which three groups will go through to the A Cappella round. The final three groups will perform their A Cappella song and the judges will decide which two of the three groups will face the public vote to decide the winner of Pitch Battle 2017. The public will then be invited to vote for the winner from these two groups. Once the vote is closed, the group with the highest number of votes will be declared winner of Pitch Battle 2017 and receive a cash prize.

1. There is no voting via telephone, email, Red Button or by text.
2. Viewers in the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) will be able to vote online by accessing the following link

4. The online vote will be open during the opening and closing times specified on the programme. The results of the online public vote will be the sole determinate of the winner.

6. Voting is only open to individuals as consumers from the UK, and not to any agencies, businesses and/or companies. Please note that Â鶹Éç or Tuesday’s Child employees who are in any way connected to the vote, their close relatives or anyone directly connected in any way with the production of the programme is not eligible to vote.
7. The Â鶹Éç reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent, excessive or suspicious patterns of voting have occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
8. All voting will be overseen by an independent verification service.
9. The Â鶹Éç reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. In the event of any such cancellation or suspension, a technical failure or any other malfunction with the vote, the Â鶹Éç reserves the right to arrange for the winner to be decided by a contingency arrangement.
10. For purpose of investigating possible online voting irregularities the Â鶹Éç may use cookies, log IP addresses or analyse the information from your Â鶹Éç account.

My ‘VOTE NOW’ button isn’t working?
If you’re trying to vote but the ‘Vote Now’ button has turned grey and you’re having trouble submitting your vote then you might not actually be signed in, even if it appears that you are and you’ve been presented with the vote options. To check if you are signed in, click the Â鶹Éç account profile button on the left hand side of the top bar and this should allow you to sign in correctly or alternatively go to . Once you’re signed in, head back to the and continue to cast your vote.
How do I vote online?
In order to cast your vote, you must sign in to your Â鶹Éç account which you can do . If you do not already have a Â鶹Éç account you will need to register before you can vote .
Once you have created a Â鶹Éç account you are then ready to go. You are advised to sign in to your Â鶹Éç account before the vote opens.
During the live show the presenter will let you know when the vote has opened. You will then be able to cast your vote online.
How Can I Register for the Online Vote?
In order to vote on Pitch Battle 2017 you will need to register for a Â鶹Éç account at .
It only takes a minute, and it'll give you more ways to get the best out of the Â鶹Éç but make sure you allow time to do this before the vote opens as you don't have long to vote!
What if I can't remember the password to my Â鶹Éç account?

Why is the online vote not displaying properly?
If the vote is not displaying correctly on your device then please try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
If you are using an ad-blocker then this may inhibit your ability to cast your vote. If you disable the blocker and refresh the page then you should be able to cast your vote.
What information do I need to give?
This depends on your age. We ask everyone to provide us with your date of birth, gender and a secure password.
For anyone aged 13 and over, we ask users to provide an email address, and let us know if they would like to receive emails about things they’ll love. Your email address lets you reset your password if you forget it. And it means we can get in touch if we need to tell you about something new, like a change to our terms of use.For anyone under 13 years old, we ask you to provide a username, but no email, so it’s important you remember it (as well as your password), because we won’t be able contact you.
If you are 18 years or older, we ask for your postcode, and if you are under 18, we ask for your hometown.
If you previously used to sign in with a username, you'll need to use your email address from now on if you are over 13.
And if you previously used to sign in with Facebook or Google+, you won't be able to any more. You will need to provide a bit more info before you can sign in, which you can find here /usingthebbc/account/why-cant-i-sign-in-with-social/.
Why are you asking for my age, postcode/hometown or gender?
We use your age, postcode/hometown and gender to give you relevant local info online and in any email newsletters you sign up for. We also use this information to ensure we are making something for everyone, as part of our public service remit.

If you decide not to proceed with registering your Â鶹Éç account then unfortunately you will not be able to cast your vote.
Why when I click on sign in am I not taken to the sign in page?
If you click on sign in and you are already signed in to your Â鶹Éç account then you will be directed to the Â鶹Éç homepage or you will remain on the same page. That means you are ready to cast your vote once it opens here.
How many times can I vote online?
Your Â鶹Éç account details can only cast one (1) vote in each episode of Pitch Battle 2017. You may have experienced voting more than once however only your first vote will be counted.

You can vote using your mobile phone, tablet or your home computer. Online votes on different devices using the same Â鶹Éç account details will count towards the maximum number of votes per account.
