Q: Where can I get signed autographs?
A: The 麻豆社 provides signed cast photographs for free, but please note, as we have ceased production, all fan mail should be directed to the relevant artist via their agent. Please do not send anything to us at 麻豆社 Elstree as the production office has now shut.
If you are unsure of the correct agent for an artist, please search under "name of artist" & the word agent on the internet.
Mark the top left-hand corner of the envelope with the word 'Autograph'.
Make sure you include a self-addressed envelope - with your name and address clearly written.
Q: How can I get items for charity, or ask an actor to appear at a charity event?
A: For requests concerning appearances by cast members, please write to them individually via their agent. The Holby City office is no longer up and running.
Q: How do I complain about the TV show?
A: The Holby website is not responsible for any of the content which appears in the programme.
