Let’s Move It was all about encouraging you to incorporate more movement into your day to day lives, whatever your ability or fitness level.
The NHS says that adults should do some type of physical activity every day. There are multiple benefits to our physical and mental health.
You should speak to your GP first if you have not exercised for some time, or if you have medical conditions or concerns.
Make sure your activity and its intensity are appropriate for your fitness.
