Wake Up To Wogan

From Monday 13 to Thursday 16 November, Â鶹Éç Radio 2 once again kicks off this year's Â鶹Éç Children In Need Appeal with the annual Wake Up To Wogan Auction of 'things that money can't buy'.

Ìý

During the week, between 8am and 8.30am, Terry invites listeners to bid for various lots, all of which offer a truly unique experience.

Ìý

As always, auctioneer Paul Viney is on hand with his trusty gavel to ensure fair play.

Ìý

The auction lots over the four days include the following opportunities: afternoon tea with Elaine Paige followed by a trip to the Premiere of The Sound of Music; the chance to accompany Terry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2007; tickets to the prestigious UK Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony; the opportunity to rub shoulders with top footballers at the Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year Awards dinner; and a day with the Daleks on the set of the next series of Dr Who.

Music Marathon, Friday 17 November, Radio 2

Ìý

Sarah Kennedy launches Radio 2's Music Marathon for Â鶹Éç Children In Need, giving listeners the opportunity to request their favourite tracks.

Ìý

The non-stop music continues throughout the day in Wake Up To Wogan, Ken Bruce, Jeremy Vine, Steve Wright and concludes with Chris Evans at 7pm.

Ìý

Special celebrity guests also pop in throughout the day.
