Get the best out of Live 8 this weekend - if you can't
be at the concerts, the exclusive interactive service on the Â鶹Éç aims
to be the next best thing.

From 5.00pm when Live 8 kicks off across the pond, digital
satellite and cable viewers will be able to select the venue they want
to follow from a five-concert multiscreen.
Ìý
The service will offer live coverage of the concerts in
London, Philadelphia, Paris, Rome and Berlin... and will provide an opportunity
to catch up with the latest from the Eden Project, Tokyo, Moscow and Johannesburg.
Ìý
Viewers can choose to watch the concerts full screen,
or listen to their selection whilst continuing to monitor the other world
stages.
Ìý
Digital Terrestrial (Freeview) viewers will have a slimline
version of the service, with access to two additional concerts.
Ìý
With a choice of performers from across the globe, we'll
be cherry-picking the best of the bunch to offer the greatest possible
choice throughout the night.

The service will be hosted by Sarah Cawood,
who will be joined by a selection of journalists and world music experts,
and will run until midnight.
