When he was 13 Gavin went on a camping trip with the school(all boys school) and went climbing up a mountain and slipped down 100 feet. Luckily he didn't hurt himself and all the other children thought it was great so they started doing it! Once he went on a date to Hull private hall and there were three girls who were jealous of him, and they stormed out. He described himself as a "babe magnet".
He was born in Hull General. He dressed as a gangster and he wore jeans three sizes too big and tight hooded tops. He spent his birthdays having a dance competition, dancing along to heavy rock music. His favourite day of the week was Saturday because he went to an arts and crafts school and because his teacher said everyone should look up to him. He hated his job but the money was great, he did a corner shop but there were very few in those times. He got a pair of boxing gloves for his 9th birthday and knocked his dad unconcious with a right hook!
