This is my new diary and I am Miss Brown and I am 21 years old. I work at the Industrial Filter Company. I liked my job because a lot of people worked there, and when I was feeling down they cheered me up when I was sad, I also know a lot of people around here. The wages weren't appropriate because men worked around me and they all got more money than me, I only got £12,000 a year.

Dear Diary,
I love the new fashion, the new band Wham started it off. The colours are all new, the new stilletto shoes are in total fashion, the new jeans are called drain pipes because they are skimpy and tight. How groovy is that?!!!!
Dear Diary,
My fave place to go is the pub to drink half a pint of snakebite. Today I'm going on holiday with my boyfriend to Cyprus and I'm so excited, supposedly there are great restruants there and it's for my birthday.

Dear Diary,
I've come back from Cyprus it was great!!!!!! I got a lot of jewellery for my birthday. My new black Vauxhall Nova is fab, my boyfriend has got a MG Midget. This is my diary now it's come to an end.
