Your Story: Interview with Pat Tinniswood |
|
When my grandma was 21 she worked at home and in a shop. She didn't need any special qualifications. I found out how many hours she worked and how much money she got paid. My Grandma worked 8 hours and got paid £4. She also said that work was tiring and says she likes meeting people. My Grandma was 21 in 1970s. She said her boss was called mr surtees and she went to work by bus. My grandma worked with lots of people. I learnt a lot about my grandma Pat when she was 21 years old.
