Your Story: Travelling The World |

I loved my job because we travelled the world and met some very interesting people such as Prince Charles who was in command of his own ship at the time which was HMS Bronnington.
I did not have time to think about bad times becuase everyone had to work together as a team and had to trust each other. I did miss my family terribly. I still keep in contact with my navy pals since leaving the navy in 1986.
I also buy a monthly magazine which keeps me up to date with what's happening on the fleet.
