Your Story: Norfolk Legends |

There is a story in Norfolk of a "mad" dog called shuck he is reported to roam the Norfolk coastline.The black dog was supposed to have killed a few people in a church during a storm and story has it the claw marks are still visible on the church door near Cromer. And reportedly this is what Sir Arthur Conan Doyle based his book The Hound of the Baskevilles on and got the inspiration whilst staying in in the location.
