Sun 25 May 2014 Â鶹Éç Introducing
Supported by Â鶹Éç Introducing in Scotland

Glaswegian trio, Baby Strange, comprises singer Johnny Madden and brothers Aidan and Connaire McCann on drums and bass, respectively.

Baby Strange are set to excitedly engage their home crowd in Glasgow with guitar riffs not dissimilar to the early Kaiser Chiefs sound and a dirty, grunge, punk style resembling current bands like Palma Violets, who they toured the UK with in 2013. They’re very accustomed to a large home crowd having played in Kinross at T in the Park last summer, and Big Weekend is set to be even bigger.

The trio were the first Â鶹Éç Introducing act to be announced for the festival when they joined Nick Grimshaw and the team, alongside Main Stage act Paolo Nutini, at the 2014 Big Weekend launch event in Glasgow at the start of the year.
