Come and enjoy the enchanting sounds of the Â鶹Éç Philharmonic in the stunning surroundings of Salford's historic Tudor mansion, Ordsall Hall.
The penultimate chamber concert of our Salford Community Tour will be in the wonderful acoustic of the Great Hall at Ordsall Hall – Salford’s hidden gem. The programme will include music by Tchaikovsky, Ravel, Debussy and Cole Porter .
Ordsall Hall is a Grade 1 listed Tudor manor house which was first recorded in 1177. Since then, it has been home to medieval gentry, Tudor nobility, Catholics loyal to the crown, butchers, farmers, an Earl, an artist, priests, scout troops, mill workers, cows and several ghosts!
