Call To Attention

In his 36 years Jack White has been a professional upholsterer, Nashville Music City Ambassador and played the shortest concert ever - just one note - in Newfoundland in 2007. However, it's his incredible music genius, displayed in not one but three highly acclaimed bands and countless collaborations that leads the Hotel Yorba singer to Hackney.

Along with Meg White, he formed the The White Stripes in 1997 and went on to create cult albums De Stijl, White Blood Cells and Elephant, the latter containing their most popular, screamingly addictive track Seven Nation Army. A Grammy nomination soon followed with The Raconteurs release of Steady, As She Goes, and if that wasn't enough strings to his guitar, in 2009 he formed rock supergroup The Dead Weather with Alison Mosshart from The Kills and Dean Fertita from Queens of the Stone Age. He's now back on his own, releasing debut solo album Blunderbuss in April.

Number 70 on Rolling Stone's list of The 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time and with a James Bond theme tune for Quantum of Solace under his belt, this celebrated musician is one for your must see list.
