Raquel The Chance Of A Lunchtime

Transmitted: 6.1.1991
Duration: 50 minutes
Viewing Figures: 16.6 million

Raquel wants to revive her theatrical passions and audition for Shakespeare's As You Like It. Naturellement, Derek volunteers to help her rehearse.

Rodney and Cassandra meet for a meal both thinking that the other made the first move, and without realising Del has set them up. Things seem to be going well, until Rodney clambers out of a cab with Del's ex-fiance TrudyÂ… just as Cassie arrives and leaps to the wrong conclusion.

Raquel tells Derek she won't be taking the part in the play. She shouldn't tour when she's pregnant.

Did You Know?
Actress Helen Blizard, who played Trudy, is a successful script writer, working on Heartbeat and EastEnders, no less!
Famous quote
Del: How many people can you see standing there?
Albert: Well... one.
Del: I can see - two.
Rodney: You know what that means, Albert?
Albert: No.
Rodney: Well, either Raquel's pregnant or Del's pissed.
