Ray sent in a stunning sunrise photo over .

And Ann Dunn shares a photo of one group of volunteers in Flint who, on Saturday, took part in the Big Dee Day clean-up of the Dee Estuary across the region.

and sends us a photo - but we've yet to receive any photos or links to pictures from Sunday's 10k road race in Mold.
