Not In My Nature - the poem!

Abul is such a character, our Muslim magic man.
As long as you're not a hedgehog, he will join in any plan.
We abseiled down as brothers, you should have seen him smile.
But to camp again with midges, Abul would run a mile.

Julie our beautician was always well turned out.
But sadly with the big bugs she had to scream and shout.
Julie had a go at most things, colour co-ordinated throughout.
Even put her hand in POO and waved it all about.

Carly, youngest of the group, you never hear her swear?
With bed head on the telly, arm movements everywhere.
Talks and talks and if she stops she even does some singing.
If Carly does not like something her catchphrase is "It's Minging".

Lloyd loves black grouse and waiting, and can smoke in any spot.
Frequently hung over, but he makes us laugh a lot.
But when it comes to wildlife, Lloyd seems to like it smelly.
As Lloyd still thinks that ugly gulls are the best things on the telly.

Kate is a cook and thinker, who is not afraid to moan.
Snakes are clearly one thing she would prefer to see by phone.
For all her difficult moments, she still played her part.
Kate was never challenged as the groups' own 'Queen of Tarts'.

Chris, well old he may be, with a body made to match.
But when it comes to camping, he seems to have a knack.
He smiled his way through most tasks, always keen to have a go.
But the shot of him in Speedos made the whole of Wales cry NO!

Iolo is the leader, who suffered much its true.
Experts he is used to - but moaners, this is new.
Iolo had a giggle as he took us by the hand.
Proud to show his Wales, to our motley little band.
