Young Trad - Dan Thorpe Crowned

Inverurie fiddler Dan Thorpe was crowned Â鶹Éç Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician 2010 last night in Glasgow's City Halls.

The contest was broadcast live on Radio Scotland, to a packed Celtic Connections audience in the spectacular Grand Hall.

We were there capturing all the action on camera, and you can watch video of the announcement and a track from Daniel above and a tune from each of the finalists on the Celtic Connections website.
