youngtradwinner.jpgSunday may be the last day of the festival, but it's also the biggest for six of Scotland's best young musicians. Listen to the Â鶹Éç Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award 2010 live from 1705.

You'll also be able to watch video highlights from the competition on the Â鶹Éç's Celtic Connections website.

The finalists are:

Paddy Callaghan - accordion, harp (Glasgow)
Mairi Chaimbeul - harp (Sleate)
Lorne MacDougall - pipes (Carradale)
Hannah Phillips - harp (Glasgow)
Daniel Thorpe - fiddle (Glasgow)
Kyle Warren - pipes (Helensburgh)
