Today's seen the start to the 2010 exams. 161,500 pupils and students all over Scotland will be sitting exams over the next six weeks, so we've asked our helpful Web Assistant to pick out some links to help everyone keep calm and carry on...

It's that time again - exam time, eek! If you're feeling stressed out or anxious about it, don't worry, there's lots of help available on Brainsmart, from dealing with stress to revving up your memory. Or visit the Headroom which offers all sorts of advice on how to keep relaxed.

There may be those who just can't get motivated in the first place. Why revise when you could be in bed? Here's how to get motivated.

If the idea of anything exam related makes you quiver, fear not.
