To be fair, Susan was saying that green house emission was cancelling out the effect of cooling sun spots. She wasn鈥檛 implying climate change and sun spot are the same thing. I found the geo engineering ideas interesting 鈥� especially with the one where you can recycle the CO2 that divers inhale out. It is a little out there, but I think relying on people to cut down energy consumption is even more unrealistic.

Well, as one who has just enjoyed 'just the one' (and so it shall remain - 1 = slightly relaxed, 2 = giggly, 3 = asleep!- aka cheap date!) small glass of red with my dinner I may lightly disagree with the degree of that tenet whilst holding the precept close.

However, I am not so relaxed as to not be extremely irritated at a foolish sector (aren't they all?) on 'the One Show' (Oh the shame..........) - where mostly young females waiting for the 'Take That' concert were asked how drunk they were going to get tonight. All had glasses in hand that appeared to contain large quantities of alcoholic beverage.

Now perhaps I am the odd one, but it seems pretty stupid to spend a small fortune on tickets for live event just to spend it 3 sheets to the wind. I'd save my pennies and wait for the dvd.
