Fair trading complaints and appeals

Fair trading complaints are complaints about the way the 麻豆社 conducts its commercial activities or interacts with commercial markets.

How to complain

How to appeal

If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint from the 麻豆社 Executive you can appeal to the Trust. The Trust's fair trading complaints and appeals process explains how you can do this:

If we uphold your appeal we can apply sanctions. These include instructing the 麻豆社 to apologise; instructing the Executive to take action to prevent the breach happening again; and asking the 麻豆社 to consider disciplinary action.

Please note that we cannot consider appeals relating to competition law. You should take these to the relevant competition authority.
