On this week in All Things Considered (Sunday 30 November 8.30am, repeated on Wednesday 03 December at 6.30pm) there's another chance to hear a programme broadcast earlier this year. This edition was one of several programmes in the All Things Considered series to be honoured last week with a Gold Award in the Christian Broadcasting Council Media Awards.
In July, as the National Health Service celebrated its 60th anniversary, All Things Considered looked at a pioneering development in health care. Parish Nursing began in the United States in the mid 80's but is relatively new to the UK. Defined as "whole person health care through the local church" it aims to integrate faith and health by looking after people holistically - body, mind and spirit.
In this feature, presented by Roy Jenkins, we visit Risca, which is one of several places in Wales where churches have taken up the initiative, to meet its own Parish Nurse, Linda Harris.
