Film Review of the Year

On this week's programme (Sunday 10 December at 8.31am, repeated Thursday 14 December at 6.03pm) we feature the annual All Things Considered Film Review, in which Roy Jenkins takes a look at some of the films released in the cinema or on DVD this year which raise important ethical and religious issues.

To help him in his deliberation, Roy is joined by Andrew Morton, vicar of Llangybi in Monmouthshire and a further education chaplain, writer Sally Humble Jackson, and Andrew Cooper, chair of the Cardiff Institute of Contemporary Christianity.

Among the films they will be discussing are:

  • The Constant Gardener (Cert 15)
  • Walk the Line (Cert 12)
  • An Inconvenient Truth (Cert U)
  • The Prestige (Certificate 12A)
  • The History Boys (Certificate 15)
  • Little Miss Sunshine (Certificate 15)
