Our typical advice is to maintain your normal diet, and of course make sure that it鈥檚 nice and healthy and varied. Which is a bit disappointing, but鈥

So whenever you鈥檙e eating the baby can get all their nutrients from everything you eat or from your own body. So you鈥檙e definitely eating for one. And if you have twins, you鈥檙e still eating for one.
