A confidential phone counselling service for any young person with any problem 24 hours a day (calls are free from all existing networks, landline and mobile). The website includes information and advice about bullying.

Whatever the problem, Get Connected provides a free, confidential helpline that gives young people under 25 the support and information they need to decide what they want to do next. This includes a free referral to over 13,000 different services. Number does not show up on itemised bills.

Free helpline for young people aged 12 - 18 which offers advice and guidance on all sorts of sexuality and sexual health issues, including relationships, contraception, abortion pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
Brook Advisory Centres

Brook is a provider of free sexual health information services and advice for all young people under 25. The Ask Brook information service offers a confidential helpline, online enquiry service and text information service. Parents or professionals who are concerned about anyone under 25 can use the free phone number for information and advice.

Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) is a campaigning public health charity that works to eliminate the harm caused by tobacco.

Beat is the leading UK charity for people with eating disorders and their families. Beat is the working name of the Eating Disorders Association.
NHSN (National Self-Harm Network)
This organisation campaigns for the rights and understanding of people who self-harm. Its priority is to support survivors and people who self harm. It also supports the people it indirectly affects, like family and friends.
