Dan Sarginson & Luke Yates: Salford Red Devils centre avoids ban but prop's suspension upheld
- Published
Salford's Dan Sarginson will be available for Saturday's Challenge Cup semi-final with Warrington after appealing against a two-game ban.
Sarginson's appeal saw the Grade B 'reckless' high tackle offence downgraded to a 'careless' Grade A, which carries no suspension.
Luke Yates failed in his appeal against a dangerous contact charge, so he will miss the game against Warrington.
He will serve a one-game ban and has also been fined 拢500.
Hull FC prop Brad Fash was given a Grade A dangerous contact notice for his challenge on Salford's Sebastine Ikahihifo, but no suspension has been applied.
