This week we're looking at the dangers of illegally using a mobile phone while driving. Alan from Devizes heard all about our appeal to get Â鶹Éç Wiltshire listeners to pledge to stop using their phones at the wheel and contacted us with his story. In 2006 a driver, using a phone, ran over Alan's daughter who was then in her twenties. The driver didn't realise what he'd done, and it wasn't until he got out of the car that he saw her, under his car, with one of the wheels on her chest. Too upset to talk to us about this, Alan's asked one of the Â鶹Éç Wiltshire team to read his open letter to anyone who used a phone behind the wheel.
