Could a corner of Leicestershire become the crematoria capital of the Midlands? Well if all planning permissions are granted, then there could be three of them within just a few miles of each other. Three applications at Great Glen, Countesthorpe and Kilby have, at some point, been denied permission. BUT, due to the appeals process works, two companies have had the green light and one is currently waiting to hear back. Our reporter Bridget Blair been taking a look at the possibility of having these 3 crematoria within a short drive of each other....
