If you've paused the live stream at any point or if the stream has been interrupted (by a phone call or a drop in signal), you'll be listening slightly behind. To catch up:</p> <ol><li>Tap or click <strong>Pause</strong></li> <li>Then tap or click the <strong>LIVE </strong>button to the right </li> </ol><p>Aside from that, there are some other reasons why Now Playing might not be available on either live or on-demand programmes, for example there could be a temporary technical fault. For live programmes, the track might be taken from a rare album, DJ mix, or a live concert; there might be changes to the running order; or a DJ is playing newly-found tracks. For on-demand programmes, Now Playing may not be available for all content. </p> <p>Now Playing is available on the following stations:</p> <ul><li><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1" title="Â鶹Éç Radio 1"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio 1</strong></a></li> <li><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2" title="Â鶹Éç Radio 2"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio 2</strong></a></li> <li><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3" title="Â鶹Éç Radio 3"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio 3</strong></a></li> <li><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music" title="Â鶹Éç Radio 6 Music"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio 6 Music</strong></a></li> <li><a href="/radioscotland"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio Scotland</strong></a></li> <li><a href="/radiowales"><strong>Â鶹Éç Radio Wales</strong></a></li> <li><strong><a href="/sounds/stations" title="Â鶹Éç Sounds: Stations">Local Â鶹Éç Radio stations</a></strong></li> </ul><p>Radio 4, Radio 4 Extra and Radio 5 live do not currently have the technical capability to support Now Playing.</p> <p>In the meantime, if you heard a piece of music on a Â鶹Éç radio station and you'd like to find out what it was, or listen to it again, head to the <a href="/sounds/help/questions/features/track-information" title="How can I find out what music was played during a programme?"><strong>How can I find out what music was played during a programme?</strong></a> page to find out how to do that. </p> </div> <span><span lang="" typeof="schema:Person" property="schema:name" datatype="" xml:lang="">Anonymous (not verified)</span></span> <span>03 October 2019</span> Thu, 03 Oct 2019 13:46:29 +0000 Anonymous 4952 at http://bbc-sounds.local Where can I find system information for the Â鶹Éç Sounds app on my connected TV? http://bbc-sounds.local/questions/functionality-issues/system-information <span>Where can I find system information for the Â鶹Éç Sounds app on my connected TV?</span> <div class="field--name-body"><ol><li>Sign in to the Â鶹Éç Sounds app on your TV<br />  </li> <li>Click on <strong>Settings </strong>on the left side of the homepage<br /><br /><img alt="Image of the Â鶹Éç Sounds TV app with the 'System Information' menu item highlighted" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="48ff6d9b-8ffd-48c1-b7de-2b017731660d" src="http://bbc-sounds.local/sites/default/files/inline-images/SystemInfo1_0.png" width="1288" height="732" loading="lazy" /><br />  </li> <li>Scroll down and select <strong>System Information<br /><br /><img alt="Screenshot showing the System Information screen of the Â鶹Éç Sounds TV app" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="9667950a-2392-4f1a-85c0-44e2a9dd5f59" src="http://bbc-sounds.local/sites/default/files/inline-images/SystemInfo2_0.png" width="1429" height="842" loading="lazy" /></strong></li> </ol><p>If you need to contact us about a potential fault, this information will be really useful in helping us figure out what's going wrong.</p> <p> </p> </div> <span><span lang="" typeof="schema:Person" property="schema:name" datatype="" xml:lang="">Anonymous (not verified)</span></span> <span>16 April 2020</span> Thu, 16 Apr 2020 11:50:02 +0000 Anonymous 6663 at http://bbc-sounds.local
