Strictly Come Dancing 2024: Terms and Conditions

Because we know how far people travel to see Strictly we’ve decided to allocate tickets for this year’s live shows a little earlier than normal, to allow those who are successful in the random draw more time to make travel and accommodation plans.

Tickets for all our November and December live shows have now been allocated, although we will continue to redistribute any cancelled tickets right up until the week of each show.

Allocation Information:

  1. Tickets will be sent out 2-3 weeks before each recording, to the email address that was provided at the point of application.

  2. All successful ticket holders will be chosen at random.

  3. This year, receipt of tickets means guaranteed admission on the day, providing you arrive at the time stated on your tickets.

  4. If you are successful in the random draw you willÌýreceive a text message notifying you that tickets are being sent by email.ÌýPlease check your spam folders and ensure that Â鶹Éç Shows and ToursÌý(no-reply@evnt.pro) is aÌýsafe email address in your email account.ÌýMore information can be found on ourÌýÂ鶹Éç Shows FAQs.

  5. If your ticket application is unsuccessful you will be notified by email. Unsuccessful emails are sent for each show date individually, so if you applied for more than one recording date you will receive separate emails for each date.ÌýPlease ensure Â鶹Éç Shows and Tours (bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk) is a safe address in your email account (whitelisted).

  7. If you are allocated tickets but are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your tickets via the unique cancellation link on your ticket PDF.

  8. If you are successful in the random draw, the date you are allocated is strictly non-transferable.

  9. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. The named ticket holder must be in attendance on the day.

  10. Should there be any cancellations, tickets will be redistributed by random draw to those on the waiting list, up to the day before the show.

Application Terms and Conditions - 2024 Christmas Special:

  1. The random draw for this year's Christmas Special is open until 10pm onÌýMonday 11 November. No applications will be accepted after this date and time.

  2. Only requests for two tickets will be accepted.

  3. Duplicate applications will be disregarded and if successful you will only receive tickets for one date.

  4. Only apply if you are intending to be the named ticket holder. Once tickets are dispatched the name on the ticket cannot be changed and must match the approved ID on the day.

  5. Only apply for dates you can attend as once allocated tickets cannot be transferred to a different date.

  6. Anyone who is successful in their application for oneÌýof the live Saturday night showsÌýcannot also be successful in the random draw for the Christmas Special.

  1. The random draw for the Professional Dancers Pre-Records (Wednesday 21, Sunday 25, Thursday 29 & Friday 30 August) and Launch Show (Wednesday 4 September) was open for applications untilÌý10pm onÌýTuesday 30 July. No applications will be accepted after this date and time.
