Ingredients |

50g / 2oz fresh Ginger root
425g Strawberries (with stems removed)
Sparkling Mineral Water to taste
50g / 2oz Frozen Raspberries
Ice cubes
Method
1. Grate ginger on the small section of a grater (no need to peel first).
2. Gather the pulp in your hand and squeeze the juice into a blender jug.
3. Add strawberries and blend until really smooth.
4. Place a few ice cubes and frozen raspberries into tall glass, add 1/4 of fruit mixture.
5. Top with sparkling water and stir a little
6. Pour over frozen raspberries and ice cubes.
