Sweet Potato PuddingIngredients1 kilo of potatoes250g of flour 250g of sugar 1 glass of milk oil to fry in MethodPeel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them in 1cm thick slices. Mix together the flour, sugar and milk.Heat up the oil in a frying pan, dip the potatoes in the mixture and fry. When you take them out, dust them with sugar.
