How to use those leftover Christmas figs and satsumas

If you've just about had your fill of reheated Christmas pudding and too much brandy butter but still fancy something to round off your meal, Angela Hartnett, the leading chef at the Connaught Hotel in London and former pupil of Gordon Ramsay has a slightly more healthy suggestion - the fruit coulis.

Using those satsumas and figs you might have left over from Christmas, Angela showed Simon Parkes how.
