Ìý Larks and Owls 08ÌýNovemberÌý2004 Ìý
Are you a morning or a night person?

Are you a lark or an owl? Do you prefer to beÌýup with the sun and insistent that dawn is the best part of day, but get an early night wherever possible.Ìý

Or are an owl? Are you tortured by the sound of the alarm clock, feel dreadful first thing, but will happily dance the night away when it comes to the other end of the day?Ìý

Owl or lark, it turns out that there's a good reason for it, as Claudia Hammond (definitely not a lark), discovered.
