Ìý Disabled Actors Monday 29 September 2003 Ìý
It's hard enough to make your mark and earn a living in the competitive world of the performing arts, but how much more difficult must it be for disabled performers? to carve out successful careers?

Judi Herman spoke to disabled performers - Kerry MacGregor, who also pursues a successful career as a singer/songwriter and to Lisa Hammond and Caroline Parker, who are in Peeling, a play exploring disabled issues, which is to be broadcast on Radio 3.
Peeling is set backstage at a performance of The Trojan Women. The chorus consists of three women with different disabilities, but the principal roles are played by able-bodied actors. Judi went along to the recording.
Kerry McGregor's new single 'No Doubt' is released at the end of October
'Peeling' by Katie O'Reilly will be broadcast on Sunday 5 October at 8pm on Radio 3
