Rona Munro is the writer of one of the hits of last year's Edinburgh Festival, Iron, which now gets its London debut.
Set in a prison, it follows the relationship of a woman and her lifer mother who meet for the first time in 15 years.
Rona Munro joins Martha to explain why she chose this setting and why she never shies from the gritty side of life. Iron opens at the Royal Court Theatre on 22 January until 1 March 2003. Box Office: 020 565 5000.
