Ìý Bullying Tuesday 11 June 2002 Ìý
For the fifth year running the charity ChildLine have received more calls about bullying than any other subject. But are all these children really being bullied or are they just experiencing the normal rough and tumble of life?

Claire Fox, from the Institute of Ideas, says that policies which define bullying as name calling or a dirty look are interfering in our children's right to make their own friends.
Jenni asks Claire and Esther Rantzen from ChildLine whether adults should back off and leave children to live their own lives?
