Ìý Women and Cars Tuesday 4 June 2002 Ìý
The last five years has seen a steep increase in the number of women buying sports cars.

Manufacturers are now beginning to wake up to the reality that more and more women want to own a fast car. As a result adverts are no longer exclusive to Autocar. Now a girl can select her Ferrari whilst flicking through the latest edition of Vogue.
So what is the allure? And are attitudes to women and technology changing? Jenni is joined by Ginny Buckley, presenter of Granada's "Mad About Motors," and Dr Paul Taylor, to put the cars to the test.
