Ìý Gastronomy of Italy Part 2 Wednesday 7 November 2001 Ìý
The second in the Woman's Hour series on Italian cookery.

Italian food writer Anna del Conte has taken Simon Parkes on a tour of the country's different regions in her kitchen.
She has chosen a dessert from the southern region of Puglia - the heel of Italy.
It's the region closest to Greece and where they produce the largest amount of olive oil - a big part of today's dish - Torta di Mele all'Olio (Apple Cake made with Oil).
Read the recipe.
Gastronomy of Italy by Anna del Conte (Pavilion Books, ISBN: 1862051666, £29.95).
