 Claims that the Scottish judicial system is 鈥渇ailing鈥� child witnesses
A听children's charity says听vulnerable witnesses are being let down by the Scottish government. Children 1st says a new law designed to make it easier for听children听to give evidence in Scottish courts has not been properly implemented, meaning听they continue to be 鈥渢raumatised鈥� by the experience.
