Is David Cameron right to call for a ‘responsibility revolution’ amongst absentee fathers in the black community?

David Cameron was echoing comments made by Barack Obama when he called on absentee fathers to take more responsibility, with particular reference to the black community.ÌýBut was he right to single outÌý black fathers? And what does the 'responsibility revolution' actually mean? Neil Solo from the Babyfather Initiative, Conservative parliamentary candidate Shaun Bailey and Duncan Fisher from The Fatherhood Institute join Jane to discuss the issue.
