Patricia Debly wrote "These are my 3 miniature wire-haired dachshunds. Right is Dilys, so named because her mother and auntie were called Daffy and Dora so we wanted to keep the 'D' running. On the left is Daisy but in the middle is Bertie. Unfortunately when Daisy produced pups last year and we decided to keep one, we could not think of a male name beginning with a 'D' that we liked, but felt Bertie suited him. I sometimes think dogs have better names than children these days!"
